随着课程改革的不断推进与深入,新课程理念已经得到广大教师的认同,然而,观察当前的课堂教学,“穿新鞋走老路”、形式化的教学依然存在。再者“绣花枕头”在课堂教学中时有出现。在课堂教学中“绣花枕头”乍一看像模像样,看得人未免天花乱坠,可是时间一长,就如同夜空中的流星,璀璨一时,便了无痕迹。想要美丽一世,只能成为恒星。究其原因,一方面是受到传统教学的影响、社会评价的制约;另一方面与教师教育教学观念的认识与转变还不到位有关。那么怎样提高课堂教学的有效性呢?
With the continuous advancement and deepening of the curriculum reform, the new curriculum concept has been approved by the vast majority of teachers. However, observing the current classroom teaching, “teaching the old shoe to wear new shoes”, formal teaching still exists. Furthermore “embroidered pillow ” appear in the classroom. In the classroom teaching “embroidery pillow ” at first glance, it seems that people are overcrowded, but over time, as the meteor in the night sky, bright moment, then no trace. Want a beautiful life, can only become a star. The reason, on the one hand, is affected by the influence of traditional teaching and social evaluation; on the other hand, the cognition and transformation of the concept of teacher education are not yet in place. So how to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching?
