目的:探讨胚胎停止发育的病因及在超声方面的表现。方法:对100例胚胎停止发育患者超声测量及观察,查找胚胎停止发育的原因。结果:17例早孕超过40天,胎囊直径>20mm,仍未见卵黄囊;45例早孕超过45天,未见胎芽及心管搏动,可见卵黄囊直径<3 mm;30例早孕45~70天,未见胎芽及心管搏动,同时卵黄囊直径>8 mm;8例早孕45~50天做超声见胎芽及心管搏动,发育到11周做NT时发现胚停。结论:超声在胚胎停止发育的诊断中有非常重要的价值。
Objective: To investigate the etiopathogenisis of embryonic development and its performance in ultrasound. Methods: Ultrasound measurement and observation of 100 cases of embryo stop development were carried out to find out the cause of the embryo stop development. Results: 17 cases of early pregnancy more than 40 days, fetal sac diameter> 20mm, still no yolk sac; 45 cases of early pregnancy more than 45 days, no fetal buds and cardiac beating, visible yolk sac diameter <3 mm; 30 cases of early pregnancy 45 ~ 70 Days, no fetal bud and heart beating, while the diameter of the yolk sac> 8 mm; 8 cases of early pregnancy 45 to 50 days to do ultrasound see fetal buds and cardiac beats, developed to 11 weeks to do when NT found embryo stop. Conclusion: Ultrasound has very important value in the diagnosis of the embryo stop development.
