研究尼尔雌醇对荷瘤小鼠造血细胞放射损伤的保护作用及作用机制。结果表明,尼尔雌醇可提高经6Gy全身照射荷瘤小鼠外周血自细胞数、骨髓及脾脏有核细胞数及造血干细胞(CFU-S)产率;荷瘤小鼠应用尼尔雌醇后血清造血刺激因子(CSF)活性,骨髓细胞表面G-CSF受体表达均高于对照组,骨髓CFU-S中S期细胞的比例亦增高。
To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of nilestriol on hematopoietic cells in tumor-bearing mice. The results showed that nilestriol could increase the number of peripheral blood cells, the number of nucleated cells in bone marrow and spleen, and the yield of hematopoietic stem cells (CFU-S) in 6Gy tumor-bearing mice; the application of nilestriol in tumor-bearing mice. After serum hematopoietic stimulating factor (CSF) activity, the expression of G-CSF receptor on the surface of bone marrow cells was higher than that of the control group, and the proportion of S-phase cells in bone marrow CFU-S was also increased.
