当前,中央企业的班组建设管理取得了一定成绩,也积累了一些经验,但由于体制和人员观念等原因,有的企业班组建设基础仍不牢固,效果仍不明显,整体管理水平仍不高,影响了企业加快发展。笔者针对如何搞好新形势下的班组建设浅谈几点看法,对存在的问题及原因进行分析,并提出解决问题的办法和措施,为企业管理者持续深化班组建设提供参考。
