我国农村土地流转是农村经济发展到一定阶段的产物,通过土地流转,可以开展规模化、集约化、现代化的农业经营模式。应用信息经济学范式,把农村土地流转相关各方纳入统一的信息供求分析框架,从信息需求和信息响应的角度,考察当前土地所有权和土地流转制度的信息效应。目前我国农村土地流转的推动处于严重的信息不完备和信息不对称状态。因此,土地所有权及相关制度安排必须符合所有权的市场逻辑以达到信息对称。如果我国农村土地流转各方能在统一的信息空间和平等对称的信息环境下,则土地流转相关利益方的谈判和利益博弈将更有效率。同时,随着土地制度信息条件的改进,土地利用效率也将提高,从而实现各方利益均衡的目的。
The transfer of rural land in our country is a product of the rural economic development to a certain stage. Through the land transfer, large-scale, intensive and modern agricultural management modes can be carried out. Applying the paradigm of information economics, all parties involved in the transfer of rural land into a unified information supply and demand analysis framework, from the perspective of information needs and information response, examine the current land ownership and land transfer system, the information effect. At present, the promotion of rural land transfer in China is in a state of incomplete information and asymmetric information. Therefore, land ownership and related institutional arrangements must conform to the market logic of ownership in order to achieve information symmetry. If all parties involved in the transfer of rural land in our country have a unified information space and an equal and symmetric information environment, the negotiation and interest game of stakeholders in the land transfer will be more efficient. At the same time, with the improvement of the conditions of land system information, land use efficiency will also increase, so as to achieve the goal of balancing the interests of all parties.
