我厂铸钢件的生产,外型泥芯都采用水玻璃砂,长期以来妮芯砂不好清理,虽然经过水爆,许多小件芯子仍需要用手工清砂,劳动量大,粉尘多。为了解决这个问题,我们于71年开始研究代替水玻璃砂作坭芯粘结剂的试验。在党的领导下,工人与技术人员密切配合,经过两年多的试验,用有机物作粘结剂试验,取得一些进展,现初步总结如下。 I plant castings production, appearance of the core are made of sodium silicate sand, nausea sand for a long time not clean, though after the water burst, many small pieces of core still need manual sand cleaning, labor, dust and more.
