目的:了解吉林铁道职业技术学院2009年在校学生营养与营养知识掌握现况。方法:对参加体检的2019例学生的体质指数进行统计分析并同时进行营养知识问卷调查。结果:该校学生营养不良率5.3%,超重率0.5%,肥胖率0.2%。男生营养不良率为3%,女生营养不良率为10%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。营养知识问卷平均得分38.8分,判定为良好。结论:加强在校学生营养知识教育,提高学校餐饮质量,保证学生体质健康发展。
Objective: To understand the current status of knowledge and knowledge of nutrition and nutrition of students in Jilin Railway Vocational and Technical College in 2009. Methods: The body mass index of 2019 students who participated in the physical examination was statistically analyzed and the nutrition knowledge questionnaire was also investigated. Results: The school students malnutrition rate of 5.3%, 0.5% overweight, obesity rate of 0.2%. Male malnutrition rate of 3%, malnutrition rate of 10% of girls. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Nutritional knowledge questionnaire average score 38.8 points, judged to be good. Conclusion: To strengthen nutrition education in school students to improve school food quality, to ensure the healthy development of students.
