目的 :探讨妊高征产妇在剖宫产术前应用抗氧化药物地塞米松、维生素 E及维生素 C对母儿超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及脂质过氧化物 (L PO)的影响。方法 :选拟行择期剖宫产术的妊高征孕妇 2 4例 ,平均分为 A(对照组 )、B(实验组 )两组。 A组术前不用药 ,B组于术前 3d及手术当日每日静脉输入地塞米松 2 0 mg+维生素 C1g,口服维生素 E2 0 0 m g。测定用药前、麻醉前及术中取胎儿时产妇血和脐动、静脉血 SOD及 L PO浓度。结果 :用药后产妇和脐带血 L PO值均显著降低 ;产妇 SOD值显著升高 ,脐带血 SOD与 A组相比差异不显著。结论 :妊高征产妇在剖宫产术前联合应用地塞米松、维生素 E及维生素 C使母儿 L PO明显降低 ,产妇 SOD明显升高 ,起到了较强的抗氧化作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of dexamethasone, vitamin E and vitamin C on the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation (L PO) in pregnant women with PIH before cesarean section. Methods: Twenty-four pregnant women with PIH who underwent elective cesarean section were divided into A (control group) and B (experimental group). A group before surgery without medication, B group daily intravenous administration of dexamethasone 20 mg + vitamin C1g, oral vitamin E2 0 0 m g on the day before surgery and the day of surgery. Determination of medication before anesthesia and intraoperative fetus maternal blood and umbilical cord blood, SOD and L PO concentrations. Results: The L PO value of maternal and umbilical cord blood were significantly decreased after treatment. The SOD value of maternal was significantly increased, but there was no significant difference between umbilical cord blood SOD and A group. Conclusions: Pregnancy-induced hypertension women combined with dexamethasone, vitamin E and vitamin C before cesarean section have significantly reduced L PO in maternal and maternal SOD, and have a strong anti-oxidative effect.
