2007年,我从地矿总公司职工医院财务科被调至离退休管理部门工作。初到统筹办,有些老同志不太接受我,对组织的安排不理解,觉得“怎么能让一个年轻人管理我们”?面对老同志的质疑,我暗下决心,一定要把工作做好。于是,从学习文件开始,我借鉴相关资料,请教同事,让自己从一个“门外汉”慢慢融入这个集体。我逐渐掌握政策法规,熟悉规章制度,在实际生活中加以运用,在关乎老同志日常柴米油盐、头疼脑热的大小事情上用心,尽力,搞好服务。 In 2007, I was transferred to the retirement administration department from the Finance Section of the Workers’ and Hospitals of the Minerals and Minerals Corporation.
