2007年,我从地矿总公司职工医院财务科被调至离退休管理部门工作。初到统筹办,有些老同志不太接受我,对组织的安排不理解,觉得“怎么能让一个年轻人管理我们”?面对老同志的质疑,我暗下决心,一定要把工作做好。于是,从学习文件开始,我借鉴相关资料,请教同事,让自己从一个“门外汉”慢慢融入这个集体。我逐渐掌握政策法规,熟悉规章制度,在实际生活中加以运用,在关乎老同志日常柴米油盐、头疼脑热的大小事情上用心,尽力,搞好服务。
In 2007, I was transferred to the retirement administration department from the Finance Section of the Workers’ and Hospitals of the Minerals and Minerals Corporation. When I first arrived at the co-ordination office, some old comrades did not accept me very much and did not understand the arrangement of the organization and felt that “how can we allow a young man to manage us?” In the face of the old comrades’ questions, I secretly decided that we must do our work it is good. So, starting from the learning documents, I learn from the relevant information, consult my colleagues, let yourself from a “layman ” slowly into the collective. I have gradually mastered the laws and regulations, are familiar with the rules and regulations, and used them in real life. They try hard and do their best to serve with respect to the size and size of old comrades daily necessities.
