目的 探讨家庭早期干预对早产儿在婴儿期智能发育的影响。方法 2000年 6月至 2003年 6月,将 280例在郑州市妇幼保健院出生存活的早产儿,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组在新生儿期即给于抚触、听背景音乐、看红球等刺激,指导家长在家中进行视、听、感知觉及运动方面的干预训练。用北京 -Gesell婴幼儿发育检查方法监测干预组与对照组在 3、6、12个月的发育商 (DQ)。结果 干预组在适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言和社会交往 5个能区与对照组相比,有显著差异。结论 家庭早期干预对早产儿在婴儿期智能发育方面有良好的促进作用。家庭早期干预治疗经济、方便、行之有效,家长易于接受。
Objective To explore the effect of early family intervention on the intelligent development of premature infants in infancy. Methods From June 2000 to June 2003, 280 preterm infants born alive in Zhengzhou MCH hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. In intervention group, newborns were given touch and background music , Watching the red ball and other stimuli, to guide parents in the home for visual, listening, perception and exercise intervention training. The Beijing-Gesell infant development test was used to monitor the DQ of the intervention group and the control group at 3, 6 and 12 months. Results There were significant differences between the intervention group and the control group in the five energy regions of adaptability, big exercise, fine motor exercise, language and social interaction. Conclusions Early intervention in family has a good effect on premature infant’s intelligent development in infancy. Family intervention early treatment economy, convenience, effective, parents are easy to accept.
