基于FPGA的X射线光谱数据采集系统设计

以X射线透射衰减规律为基础,设计一款基于FPGA的X射线光谱数据采集系统。系统在硬件结构上由测量装置和数字脉冲信号处理器组成,其中,测量装置包括放射源、样品、探测器三个部分,数字脉冲信号处理器则由前端电路、模数转换电路以及FPGA中的脉冲甄别、数字成形单元组成,成形后的脉冲幅度经单片机进行多道成谱并最终绘制出X射线光谱图。经测试,该文系统有效地实现了多道谱数据的采集且稳定性良好。
