鲤鱼在我国不少地区作为养殖的重要鱼类之一,除在池塘或山塘水库中采取适当措施使其自行繁殖以及进行人工孵化培育鱼苗以外,还广泛采用从天然水域中收集自然繁殖的受精卵,携回养殖场地使其孵化来获得种苗的办法。但是要采集大量受精卵,需要从许多天然鲤鱼繁殖场收集,往往要延续多少天进行,这样,把不同时间采得的受精卵携回孵化,由于鱼卵发育参差不齐,孵化时间也先后不一,孵出的鱼苗形成了好多批,大小不同,势必影响苗种在今后放养中发育的不整齐,造成大鱼苗吞食小鱼苗的互相残害,降低鱼苗的成活率。为了解决这一问题,我们使用淋水处理的方法,抑制早采到的受精卵发育,使先后不同时间采获的卵子,使它同时孵化,统一了鱼苗的体长。虽然降低水温也可以达到这一目的,但是在大面积水体中不易实行,用淋水办法就比较容易突施,而且还可以避免降温所经常出现的畸形鱼苗。现将实验结果,简略报道如下,深信在生产实践上具有一定的使用价值。

Now the experimental results, briefly reported as follows, convinced that in the production practice has some use value.
