目的:建立离子色谱-安培检测器测定人尿样品中碘含量的快速、简便分析方法。方法:尿样经稀释后以0.1 g/ml抗坏血酸进行还原处理,通过IonPac AS 19阴离子交换分析柱,65 mmol/L NaOH等浓度淋洗液洗脱方式,经安培检测器测定样品中碘离子含量。结果:在低浓度线性范围(20.0μg/L~400μg/L)和高浓度线性范围内(400μg/L~1200μg/L)内,回归方程相关系数分别在0.9995~0.9999之间和0.9999以上,加标回收率在85.7%~103.5%之间,方法检出限为2μg/L,精密度为2.0%。结论:本方法简便、快速、安全、准确、成本低,适用于大批量样品中尿碘含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a rapid and simple method for the determination of iodine in human urine samples by ion chromatography-amperometric detector. Methods: The samples were diluted with 0.1 g / ml ascorbic acid for reduction. IonPac AS 19 anion exchange column and 65 mmol / L NaOH eluent were used to elute the samples. The content of iodine in the samples was determined by amperometric detector . Results: The correlation coefficient of the regression equation was between 0.9995 and 0.9999 and 0.9999 in the linear range of low concentration (20.0μg / L to 400μg / L) and high concentration of linear range (400μg / L to 1200μg / L) The standard recoveries ranged from 85.7% to 103.5% with a limit of detection of 2 μg / L and a precision of 2.0%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, safe, accurate and low cost and suitable for the determination of urinary iodine in high-volume samples.
