现代社会的飞速发展离不开一些基础设施的支持,水库就是这些基础设施中相当重要的一部分,现代水库不仅可以为居民提供安全的饮用水资源,还能够起到防洪抗灾的作用。但是近些年来出现的水库安全事件还是告诉我们,在一些小型水库中还是存在着不稳定的因素,这些问题都会导致安全事故的产生,需要我们在平常的工作中多加注意。现笔者根据实际工作的经验,对小型水库的除险以及加固技术提出了自己的观点和参考策略。
The rapid development of modern society can not be separated from the support of some infrastructures. Reservoir is a very important part of these infrastructures. Modern reservoirs can not only provide residents with safe drinking water resources, but also can play a role of flood control and disaster relief. However, in recent years, the reservoir safety incidents still tell us that in some small reservoirs, there are still unstable factors that can cause accidents and require us to pay more attention to our normal work. Now the author based on the actual work experience, the risk reduction of small reservoirs and reinforcement technology put forward their own point of view and reference strategies.
