为探讨有效的带教质量控制方法,提高临床护理教学质量及护生的综合能力,采用随机对照试验方法,试验组实施“专人带教”、“程序带教”与培养护生整体护理综合能力融为一体的带教方案,对带教质量进行质控.对照组采用传统带教方案.结果:护生整体护理综合能力,试验组明显高于对照组(P＜0.001),病人对护理质量的满意率,试验组高于对照组(P＜0.001).护生对带教质量的评价,试验组老师得分明显高于对照组(P＜0.001).说明对整体护理目标带教质量实施控制可提高护生整体综合能力.
