作者用免疫组织化学的方法,检测了肺腺癌组织中昆布蛋白——一种非胶原性基底膜糖蛋白的分布,并报道如下。选用1969~1982年间115例肺腺癌病人的肿瘤切除标本,其中Ⅰ期43例,Ⅱ期13例,Ⅲ期40例,Ⅳ期19例。年龄23~81岁,平均61.6±9.5岁。肿瘤分化程度采用世界卫生组织规定的标准。检材取自肿瘤边缘,经10%福尔马林固定后,行石腊包埋,切片厚度为4微米,分别作免疫组织化学及 HE 染色研究。切片用二甲苯脱水,室温下在1%过氧化氢甲醇溶液中浸泡30
Using immunohistochemistry, the authors examined the distribution of the Kunbu protein, a non-collagenous basement membrane glycoprotein, in lung adenocarcinoma and reported as follows. The tumor resection samples of 115 patients with lung adenocarcinoma from 1969 to 1982 were selected, including 43 patients in stage I, 13 in stage II, 40 in stage III, and 19 in stage IV. Age from 23 to 81 years old, average 61.6±9.5 years old. The degree of tumor differentiation adopts the standards set by the World Health Organization. The samples were taken from the edge of the tumor, fixed in 10% formalin, embedded in paraffin and sectioned to a thickness of 4 μm. Immunohistochemical and HE staining studies were performed. Sections were dehydrated with xylene and soaked in a 1% solution of hydrogen peroxide in methanol at room temperature.
