目的 研究螺旋CT仿真支气管镜(CTVB) 的临床应用价值。方法 对25 例患者进行CTVB检查,其中22 例经纤维支气管镜(FOB) 检查,并将二者所见表现对照分析。结果 CTVB 获得的图像效果类似纤维支气管镜镜下所见的支气管腔内壁及腔内病变的表现。CTVB可以到达一般纤维支气管镜所不能到达的第V 级支气管并可以越过阻塞部位对远端的支气管进行观察。结论 螺旋CT 仿真支气管镜可以较真实地反映复杂气道的解剖关系及气道的形态改变,为临床提供了一种新的无创的诊断方法。
Objective To study the clinical value of spiral CT virtual bronchoscopy (CTVB). Methods Twenty-five patients underwent CTVB examination. Twenty-two of them were examined by Fibroscope (FIB), and the results of the two were analyzed comparatively. Results CTVB image obtained similar to bronchoscopic bronchoscopy seen in the lumen wall and intracavitary lesions. CTVB can reach grade V bronchus that can not be reached by general fiberoptic bronchoscope and can observe the distal bronchus over the obstruction site. Conclusion Spiral CT virtual bronchoscopy can more accurately reflect the anatomical relationship of complex airways and airway changes in morphology, providing a new noninvasive diagnostic method for clinical practice.
