中国军民一体化的发展对实现军事现代化有着重要意义。为了实现发展国民经济与国防建设双赢,中国国防制定了军民一体化战略。中国军民一体化的道路分两个步骤,第一是军转民阶段;第二是发展军民两用技术阶段。军民两用技术的研发与发展将积极推动我国军事现代化发展。
The development of China’s military and civilian integration is of great significance to the realization of military modernization. In order to achieve a win-win situation for the development of national economy and national defense, China’s national defense has formulated the strategy of integrating the military and the civilian population. The road to the integration of civilians and civilians in China is divided into two steps. The first is the transition from military service to civilian service. The second is the development of dual-use military and civilian technology. R & D and development of military and civilian dual-use technology will actively promote China’s military modernization.
