[目的] 探讨四君子汤对脾虚证大鼠神经内分泌免疫功能的影响。[方法] 将45 只大鼠随机分为正常组、脾虚组、治疗组,检测各组大鼠尿木糖水平,用放射免疫分析方法检测脾虚组、治疗组血清胃泌素、胃动素、白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素- 8、醛固酮的水平。[结果] 治疗组胃泌素、胃动素、白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-8、醛固酮水平较对照组明显升高(P<0 .01)。[结论] 脾虚能引起神经内分泌免疫功能下降,四君子汤治疗后有明显改善。
[Objective] To explore the effect of Sijunzi decoction on neuroendocrine and immune function in rats with spleen deficiency syndrome. [Methods] Forty-five rats were randomly divided into normal group, spleen deficiency group, and treatment group. The levels of urine xylose were detected in each group. Serum gastrin and motilin were detected by radioimmunoassay in the spleen deficiency group and the treatment group. Interleukin-4, interleukin-8, aldosterone levels. [Results] The levels of gastrin, motilin, interleukin-4, interleukin-8 and aldosterone in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). [Conclusion] Spleen deficiency can cause neuroendocrine immune function to decline, and Sijunzi Decoction can obviously improve after treatment.
