目的应用多模块方法对柳州市大、中专学生进行预防艾滋病等方面的健康教育,并分析教育前后学生相关知识、行为态度等方面的改变来评价实施效果。方法实施教育前每个学校分别随机抽取学生50人,共500人进行问卷调查,然后在同样十所学校中开展通过观看主题电影、小品表演,知识讲座,同伴教育,主题游戏活动等多模块教育,每次接受教育的人数约600人,共5549人。活动结束后同样试卷进行问卷调查。结果艾滋病基本知识和预防知识知晓平均分较教育前提高25%,婚前性行为观念有所改变;对待性单一伴侣有较高的正确认识;婚前性行为使用安全套的态度没有变化或不明显;注意使用消毒器械意识方面有很大的变化、不歧视艾滋病感染者和病人方面有根本的转变。影响因素为中学基本普及一定的艾滋病知识;大中专学生处在一个相对比较集中的、有一定判断能力和相互影响力的群体。结论多模块教育在大中专学生中有一定的效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of health education on AIDS prevention and other aspects of college students in Liuzhou by means of multi-module method and to analyze the change of relevant knowledge, behavior and attitude of students before and after education. The influencing factors are the popularization of certain AIDS knowledge in middle schools; the students in colleges and technical secondary schools are in a relatively concentrated group with certain ability to judge and influence each other. Conclusion Multi-module education in college students have a certain effect.
