On August 31, 2015, the U.S. Aerospace Weekly featured Bill Sweeterman’s article entitled “Considerations for the Next Generation Bomber of the United States.” The article introduces the recent seminar on long-range strike bomber (LRS-B) programs organized by the New Center for Security of the USA in Washington and compares LRS-B with B-2 bomber and NGB Analysis, came to some reasonable speculation LRS-B plan. In 2009, the NGB program was canceled because it was too risky and too expensive. Subsequently, the U.S. Air Force launched the LRS-B program, which is estimated to cost over $ 80 billion and the contract will be awarded to the Boeing and Lockheed Martin groups
