目的:探讨次声作用后血脑屏障(BBB)通透性改变及意义,为研究次声的生物学效应机理奠定基础.方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照、次声作用1次、7次及14次4组.采用本校研制的次声压力仓.次声作用组用8Hz,120dB的次声按规定次数,每次作用2h.硝酸镧心脏灌注法固定鼠脑,透射电镜下观察BBll改变.结果:次声作用1次与7次组其BBB改变相似,均有紧密连接开放,血管基膜外以至组织间隙内存在硝酸镧颗粒;至14次组BBB改变愈加严重,可见大量硝酸澜颗粒经BBB进人组织间隙,与卫,7次两组比较有显著差异(PM<0.05).结论:次声作用可直接破坏BBB的结构与功能;在相同强度的次声作用下,作用次数的多少与I3BB通透性改变呈直接相关.推测由于次声造成BBB通透性改变,进而引起血管源性脑水肿,是次声导致脑损害的关键因素之一.
Objective: To investigate the changes of the permeability of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) after infrasound and its significance, and lay the foundation for studying the biological effects of infrasound. Methods: Forty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control, infrasound acupuncture treatment once, seven times and 14 times. Infrasound pressure chamber developed by our school. Infrasound group with 8Hz, 120dB infrasound by the required number of times, each role 2h. Rat brains were fixed with Ln (n = 3) and perfused with Ln (n = 3). The changes of BBll were observed under transmission electron microscope. Results: The changes of BBB in infrasound acupuncture group were similar with those in the 7th group. Both of them had close connection and opening, and there were lanthanum nitrate particles outside the basilar membrane and the interstitial space. The BBB change in the 14th group was more serious, BBB into the organizational gap, and Wei, 7 times the two groups were significantly different (PM <0.05). CONCLUSION: Infrasound can directly destroy the structure and function of BBB. Under the same infrasound of infrasound, the frequency of action is directly related to the change of I3BB permeability. Presumably due to infrasound caused by BBB permeability changes, and then cause vasogenic brain edema, infrasound is one of the key factors that lead to brain damage.
