目的探讨氧化型低密度脂蛋白 (Ox-LDL)和其它血脂成份与血液流变性的相关性以及对脑梗塞的影响。方法测定49例非急性期的脑梗塞患者和29例健康人Ox -LDL、LDL -C、HDL -C、apoA、apoB、Cho -c、TG以及血液粘度等指标 ,进行统计学分析。结果 ηb、ηP、ηr、HCT、EAI、TK与Ox-LDL、LDL -C、Cho -C呈明显正相关 ;ηb低切值、ESR、EAI与HDL -C呈明显负相关。其中Ox -LDL与ηb(r=0.63)、与TK(r=0.49)的关系最为密切(P<0.01)。结论Ox-LDL、LDL -C、HDL -C、Cho -C等脂质的变化 ,能引起脑梗塞患者血液粘度改变 ,它们对脑梗塞的血液粘滞性的影响是多途径的
Objective To investigate the correlation between oxidized low-density lipoprotein (Ox-LDL) and other blood lipids and hemorrheology and its influence on cerebral infarction. Methods The indexes of Ox-LDL, LDL-C, HDL-C, apoA, apoB, Cho-c, TG and blood viscosity in 49 patients with non-acute cerebral infarction and 29 healthy people were measured and statistically analyzed. Results ηb, ηP, ηr, HCT, EAI and TK were positively correlated with Ox-LDL, LDL-C and Cho-C. Low ηb, ESR, EAI and HDL-C were negatively correlated. Ox-LDL and ηb (r = 0.63), and TK (r = 0.49) the closest relationship (P <0.01). Conclusions The changes of lipids such as Ox-LDL, LDL-C, HDL-C and Cho-C can cause changes of blood viscosity in patients with cerebral infarction. Their effects on blood viscosity of cerebral infarction are multi-pathways
