去年4月北京率先出台了楼市限购令,吹响了京、沪、广、深一线城市的限购“集结号”。广州紧随其后于10月中旬进行限购调控,随即在全国范围里产生了强烈的效应,短短的四十几天共有十五个城市出台限购令。今年伊始,楼市第三次调控号声再起,更加嘹亮和紧急,限购令迅速在二三线城市铺开,郑州、太原、武汉、济南、合肥等城市相继加入了限购“盟军”。与此同时,京、沪、广等地将之前的限购令细化,附加了更严厉的调控政策。据统计,全国限购的城市已经达到30余个,并且限购令仍将继续蔓延。业内人士分析认为,随着限购范围逐渐扩大,楼市调控效果将逐渐显现。
