本文对大骨节病区不同发硒水平儿童血浆蛋白质和17种氨基酸进行了对比分析。结果表明:蛋白质、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、半胱氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸和赖氨酸在三组儿童间具有显著差异;其中蛋白质,甘氨酸,丙氨酸、半胱氨酸与发硒呈正相关关系。提示低硒确能引起氨基酸代谢紊乱;低硒儿童体内蛋白质、含硒氨基酸及一些与胶原有关的氨基酸降低。低硒与蛋白质、氨基酸缺乏的复合作用与大骨节病的关系值得进一步研究。
In this article, we compared the plasma protein and 17 kinds of amino acids in children with selenium of different severities in Kashin-Beck disease area. The results showed that protein, glycine, alanine, cysteine, isoleucine, leucine and lysine were significantly different among the three groups of children. Among them, protein, glycine, alanine, cysteine Se and selenium was positively correlated. Suggest that low-selenium can indeed cause amino acid metabolism disorder; low selenium children’s protein, selenium-containing amino acids and some collagen-related amino acids decreased. The relationship between low selenium and protein and amino acid deficiency and Kashin-Beck disease needs further study.
