目的探讨利用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)测量成人窦房结动脉的价值。方法对119例患者(男93例,女26例)进行CT冠状动脉成像检查,在轴位和最大密度投影(M IP)图像上分别对图像显示的直径,窦房结动脉起点到上腔静脉口内侧之间的长度、与邻近的升主动脉壁的垂直距离(S-W间距)、与其起源的冠状动脉起点之间的间距(S-O间距)、左侧窦房结动脉起点与左旋支起点之间的距离(LO-O间距)以及窦房结动脉起始段与其起点近段冠状动脉之间的夹角(S-C夹角)进行测量。结果MSCT可以清楚地显示窦房结动脉的起点及走行情况,结合不同的方法可以对以上数据进行测量。结论利用MSCT测得的窦房结动脉有关数据与解剖学结果基本一致,MSCT是显示和测量窦房结动脉的有效工具。
Objective To investigate the value of MSCT in the measurement of adult sinus node. Methods One hundred and ninety-nine patients (93 males and 26 females) were examined by CT coronary angiography. The diameters of the images displayed on axial and maximal density projection (M IP) images, the diameters of the sinoatrial node and the superior vena cava The length between the medial sides, the vertical distance to the adjacent ascending aortic wall (SW spacing), the distance from the origin of the coronary artery (SO spacing), the origin of the left sino-atrial node, and the start of the left spinous process (LO-O distance) and the angle between the beginning of the sinus node and the proximal coronary artery (SC angle). Results MSCT can clearly show the starting point and walking of the sinus node arteries, combined with different methods can be measured on the above data. CONCLUSIONS: The data of the sino-atrial node artery measured by MSCT are consistent with the anatomic findings. MSCT is an effective tool to display and measure the sino-atrial node artery.
