1汽车商务口语教学研究的必要性实践教学是职业教育的核心,广西交通技师学院建立了具备新车销售、维修接待、保险销售等多功能的校内实景4S店实训中心,要求学生在店内进行真实的轮岗工作和学习。在实训教学环境中,以往传统教学体系无法发现的一些问题逐渐暴露,特别是在维修接待教学时发现较多学生缺乏基本的汽车商务口语和话术能力,部分学生甚至无法有效利用语言与顾客沟通,接待用语普遍缺乏规范化和标准化。调研中还发现,传统的职业教育语文口语教学
