通过离子注入技术,对加热器表面进行处理,改善了金属表面的抗垢性能。在池式沸腾装置中对CaSO4溶液的结垢过程进行了实验研究,并将离子注入表面的抗垢性能与未处理表面进行了比较。研究表明,经离子注入的加热器表面具有良好的抗垢性能。
Through the ion implantation technology, the surface of the heater is treated to improve the anti-fouling performance of the metal surface. The scaling process of CaSO4 solution was experimentally studied in a pool boiling device and the anti-fouling properties of ion-implanted surfaces were compared with those of untreated surfaces. Studies have shown that ion-implanted heater surfaces have good anti-fouling properties.
