目的调查珲春边境4个口岸鼠、蚊和蜱的种群构成。方法鼠采用夹夜法、蚊采用二氧化碳诱蚊灯法、蜱采用人工小时布旗法。结果此次调查珲春口岸共捕获鼠180只,经分类鉴定隶属于2目3科5属7种,其中黑线姬鼠为优势种,占58.3%,其次为褐家鼠,占33.9%,季节消长为2014年5月密度最高(19.2%),2015年2月最低,为0;捕获蚊虫共1 855只,经分类鉴定隶属于5属7种,其中淡色库蚊为优势种群,占42.8%,其次为刺扰伊蚊占25.1%,季节消长是8月密度最高,为33.7%;10月最低,为2.0%;采获蜱1 585只,经分类鉴定隶属于3属4种,其中森林革蜱为优势种群,占72.0%,其次为全沟硬蜱,占22.5%,季节消长为6月密度最高,为31.2%,9月最低,为10.4%。结论本次调查为珲春边境口岸的鼠、蚊、蜱种群构成研究提供了依据。
Objective To investigate the population composition of rats, mosquitoes and ticks at the four ports of Hunchun border. The seasonal fluctuation was the highest in June (31.2%) and the lowest in September (10.4%). Conclusion This investigation provides a basis for the study on the composition of rats, mosquitoes and ticks at the border of Hunchun.
