港口生产工艺的复杂性给港区安全操作带来了严峻挑战,其作业点多、线长、面广的特点决定了港区一旦发生安全事故,将使机械设备、人员安全、企业财产等遭受严重损害.因此,对港区安全做出正确评价并根据评价结果进行事前监控就显得尤为重要.有鉴于此,文章从影响港口安全的因素出发,构建了集装箱港区安全评价的指标体系,并建立了基于熵权理想点的评价模型.在此基础上对四个集装箱港区进行了实证研究,研究揭示了影响集装箱港区安全的主要因素,并论证了熵权理想点模型是评价港区安全的有效方法.
