According to the Bloomberg Businessweek, efforts by the U.S. families to rectify their fiscal efforts have come to fruition since the crisis broke out. Under the combined effect of other factors, the financial status of the U.S. families under the present situation has significantly improved. U.S. households have increased their wealth by 10 trillion U.S. dollars over the past four years, leaving Americans at ease to spend money. In the first quarter of 2013, the net U.S. household wealth hit an all-time high of 70.3 trillion U.S. dollars, which is 20 trillion U.S. dollars higher than the recession low and is expected to continue its growth momentum. Second, the debt is reduced. As of March 2014, the two quarterly average household financial liabilities, including property taxes, mortgage repayments and other expenses, accounted for 15.2% of the total revenue, the lowest level since 1980. Bank card holders owe the repayment ratio
