村治是各权力主体在村庄内部交互作用的过程。自 1 980年以来 ,随着社会经济的分化 ,各种民间组织重新兴起 ,并在村民自治的背景下成为村治中的重要力量。民间组织对村治的参与 ,一方面提升着村庄治理的民主化程度 ,另一方面又可能导致村级组织权威的衰落 ,给乡村社会带来不稳定。因此 ,重建村级组织权威 ,实现民间组织的制度化参与 ,对于乡村社会的稳定与发展无疑具有重要意义
The rule of the village is the process in which the main bodies of power interact within the village. Since 1880, with the social and economic differentiation, various kinds of non-governmental organizations have been revived and have become an important force in the rule of the village under the background of the self-government of villagers. The involvement of non-governmental organizations in village governance can not only enhance the degree of democratization of village governance on the one hand, but also lead to the decline of the authority of village-level organizations and bring instability to rural communities on the other. Therefore, rebuilding the authority of village-level organizations and realizing the institutionalized participation of non-governmental organizations are undoubtedly of great significance to the stability and development of rural society
