近年来,贵阳国家高新区坚持把党、群、团工作摆在发展大局中通盘考虑、统筹安排,以服务型党组织建设为总抓手,着力创新机制,强化保障,初步形成了党、群、团“一盘棋、一齐抓”的工作格局和“党建带动群团工会建设,群团工会建设促进党建”的良性互动。目前,高新区非公企业主要集中在金阳园区,共700余家,从业人员4000余人;现有企业党组织32个,党员610名,其中包含1个党委,2个党总支,29个党支部。工会组织255个,共青团组织5个。
