目的了解2006—2015年中国期刊全文数据库收录的中医基础理论研究论文情况,为学科建设提供参考。方法采用文献计量学方法,以中国期刊全文数据库为文献检索源,以“R22(中医基础理论)”为中图分类号,对2006—2015年的相关文献进行统计,分析文献的年代分布、来源期刊、发表机构、核心作者、被引频次、基金论文、关键词等情况。结果共纳入中医基础理论研究文献14013篇,论文数量随发表时间呈现稳中有升的趋势。来源于核心期刊数据库的论文占38.4%,有基金资助的论文占18.3%,其中国家自然科学基金项目占比34.7%。发表论文超过100篇的机构26所,发表论文达到30篇的作者26人,且66.7%的论文有被引用记录。《伤寒论》、《黄帝内经》和中医体质是研究热点。结论近10年来中国期刊全文数据库收录的中医基础理论研究文献数量稳中有升,来源于核心期刊和受到基金资助的文献比例相对较高,文献涉及的研究方向较为稳定,高水平科研机构和核心作者群体基本形成。
Objective To understand the research papers of basic theories of Chinese medicine collected in the Chinese Journal Full-text Database from 2006 to 2015, and provide references for the construction of disciplines. Methods The bibliographic data of Chinese Journal Full-text Database were used as the source of literature search, and the literature of “R22 (Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine)” was taken as the CLC , Source journals, publishing agencies, core authors, citations, fund papers, keywords and so on. Results A total of 14013 articles were included in the research of basic theory of Chinese medicine. The number of papers presented a steady trend with the publication time. The papers from the core journals database accounted for 38.4% of the total, while 18.3% of the papers were funded by the fund, of which 34.7% were from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. 26 organizations have published more than 100 papers, 26 have published 30 papers, and 66.7% have cited citations. “Treatise on Febrile Diseases”, “Huang Di Nei Jing” and TCM constitution are the hot spots of research. Conclusions The number of basic theoretical research articles on Chinese medicine collected in the Chinese Journal Full-text Database in the past 10 years has seen a steady increase. The proportion of documents funded from core journals and those funded by the Foundation is relatively high, and the research directions involved in the literature are relatively stable.
