对西部高等师范音乐专业的现有舞蹈教材进行分析,指出当前高师音乐专业舞蹈教育存在着人才培养定位不明确,教材单一混乱,忽视师范特色,忽视培养综合应用型人才,整体关联性不强造成学生就业竞争性弱、职业能力欠缺等问题。高师舞蹈教育要走出当前的困境,需调整教学目标与教学内容的设置,注重师范性、综合性和创新性,培养社会急需的师范性综合应用型人才。
This paper analyzes the existing dance teaching materials of higher normal music teachers in the western part of China and points out that the dance education of music major in normal colleges is characterized by unclear training orientation, single chaos in teaching materials, ignoring the characteristics of normal students and ignoring the cultivation of comprehensive applied talents. Student employment competitiveness is weak, lack of professional skills and other issues. In order to get out of the current predicament, dance education in normal universities needs to adjust the teaching objectives and teaching contents, pay attention to the normality, comprehensiveness and innovation, and train the teachers who are in urgent need of society.
