以海外注册中医师的胜任能力为视角,从中医哲学与文化的理解能力、临床技能、沟通技巧以及科研能力4个方面入手,探讨以澳大利亚为例的海外注册中医师的胜任能力特征,以期提出相应的中医人才培养思路。问卷调查表明,海外注册中医师在中医哲学与文化的理解能力方面,践行以人为本、以仁存心、大医精诚等医德方面有较高的要求,同时必须具备一定的理解中医经典古籍的能力;在临床方面,正确的中医诊断和辨证、恰当的治疗方案、安全有效的针灸操作是海外中医师的基本技能要求;在沟通技巧方面,特别重视与患者良好有效的沟通,重视建立和维护良好亲切的医患关系;在科研能力方面,继续教育受到很高的重视,同时也要求海外中医师能及时地发现问题、就问题查找文献、解决问题、与时俱进。

At the same time, Clinical aspects, the correct diagnosis and dialectical Chinese medicine, the appropriate treatment programs, safe and effective acupuncture operation is the basic skills of Chinese medicine practitioners overseas requirements; in communication skills, with special emphasis on good and effective communication with patients, the importance of establishing and maintaining a good and cordial In the aspect of scientific research capacity, continuing education is highly valued. At the same time, overseas Chinese medicine practitioners are also required to find problems in a timely manner, to find documents on problems, to solve problems and to keep pace with the times.
