目的:探讨急诊科护士素质与能力培养在急诊护理工作中的重要性。方法 :重点对本院急诊科45名护士进行素质与能力培养,努力学习急诊急救知识,不断提高急救水平,保证急诊科医疗护理工作的顺利进行。结果:急诊科护理工作质量、效率得到全面提高。结论:加强急诊科护士素质与能力培养,提高工作效率,使患者满意度显著提升。
Objective: To discuss the importance of nurses’ quality and ability in emergency department in emergency nursing. Methods: Focusing on the quality and ability training of 45 nurses in the emergency department of our hospital, we should make every effort to learn the knowledge of emergency first aid and continually improve the level of first aid to ensure the smooth progress of emergency nursing. Results: The quality and efficiency of emergency department nursing work were all improved. Conclusion: To enhance the quality and ability of emergency department nurses, improve work efficiency and improve patient satisfaction significantly.
