承钢钒钛磁铁矿冶炼采用鱼雷罐车运输铁水,渣铁粘罐是钒钛磁铁矿冶炼的特有现象,该现象造成鱼雷罐容积迅速减小,严重影响鱼雷罐的正常使用与周转。因此研究开发了一种鱼雷罐氧燃枪熔渣铁工艺技术,采用两支氧燃枪斜插入罐内,将火焰尽可能的喷入罐内深处,烟气经罐内的两侧和上方返回罐口排出,罐内加热均匀,熔渣铁效果好。通过以上工作,承钢成功研制了一种钒钛磁铁矿鱼雷罐熔渣铁专用设备专利装置。
