批量制备性能优良的氧载体是化学链燃烧技术的关键之一。本文提出采用喷动床造粒技术来批量制备铁基氧载体,利用自行设计的喷动流化床进行造粒实验,并在小型流化床台架上检验批量制备的不同种类铁基氧载体(Fe_2O_3/Al_2O_3,Fe_2O_3/SiO_2)与煤的化学链燃烧性能.研究结果表明,喷动床批量制备铁基氧载体具有可行性,反应性较佳,制备周期较短,产量较高,颗粒粒径容易控制,球形度较好,造粒成本较低,可以为大型化学链燃烧实验提供成本低廉且性能优异的大批氧载体。
Bulk preparation of oxygen carrier with excellent performance is one of the key technologies of chemical chain combustion. In this paper, the spray granulation technology was used to prepare iron-based oxygen carrier in batches. Granulation experiments were carried out by using a self-designed spout-fluidized bed. Different kinds of iron-based oxygen carriers prepared in batches were tested on a small- (Fe_2O_3 / Al_2O_3, Fe_2O_3 / SiO_2) and coal.The results show that the batch preparation of iron-based oxygen carrier by spray bed is feasible and has good reactivity, short preparation period and high yield, Easy to control diameter, good sphericity, lower pelleting cost, large-scale chemical chain combustion experiment can provide low cost and high performance large-scale oxygen carrier.
