目的分析微螺钉种植体作为支抗压低上切牙的临床效果。方法将21名深覆牙合患者分为两组,微螺钉组在两侧上颌侧切牙与尖牙之间靠近牙根部植入微螺钉,用橡皮圈-结扎丝将微螺钉和上颌中切牙和侧切牙连起来,每侧即刻加力100g,每4周更换一次橡皮圈。J钩组在双侧侧切牙和尖牙之间方丝上置牵引圈,用J钩和橡皮圈将上切牙连于头帽上,每侧加力100g,高位牵引。矫治前后通过测量,比较上切牙压低程度。结果微螺钉组上切牙平均压低3.51mm,J钩组平均压低2.47mm。两者之间有显著性差异。结论微螺钉种植体作为支抗性能稳定,疗效肯定,操作简单,是矫治深覆牙合的理想支抗选择。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of micro-screw implants as a support on the maxillary incisors. Methods Twenty-one patients with deep overbite occlusion were divided into two groups. The micro-screw group was implanted with micro-screws between the maxillary lateral canals and the canines on both sides of the root. Conclusion Micro-screw implants are stable and reliable curative effect with simple operation and are the ideal support for the treatment of deep overbite.
