在我国的经济发展中,中小企业在促进国民经济、创造就业机会、增加财政收入、推动科技创新等方面发挥了不可替代的作用。然而,在中小企业的成长过程中,由于初期规模小、经营风险大使其在融资方面难以得到足够的支持,融资难一直困扰着其发展。面对我国中小企业的融资困境,如何在现有的融资机制下获得发展的资金,增强企业的核心竞争力,是许多企业关注和不断努力的重点方向。本文运用现代资本结构理论,采用理论与实际相结合的方法,从分析中小企业的自身特点尤其是融资特点入手,在对我国中小企业资本结构现状进行调查分析的基础上,试图找出我国中小企业的融资规律,并提出改进我国中小企业融资的思路。
In our country’s economic development, SMEs play an irreplaceable role in promoting national economy, creating employment opportunities, increasing financial revenue and promoting scientific and technological innovation. However, in the process of SME growth, due to its small initial size and ambassadors’ lack of sufficient financial support, financing difficulties have always plagued its development. Faced with the financing difficulties of SMEs in our country, how to get the funds for development under the existing financing mechanisms and enhance the core competitiveness of SMEs are the key directions for many enterprises’ attention and continuous efforts. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of SMEs, especially the characteristics of financing, based on the investigation and analysis of the current status of SMEs’ capital structure in China, this paper attempts to find out the ways of SMEs The law of financing, and put forward the idea of improving the financing of our country’s small and medium-sized enterprises.
