荔府征房[2017]2号因康王路下穿流花湖隧道(流花湖以北段)建设需要,根据《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》(国务院令第590号)的有关规定,广州市荔湾区人民政府决定征收广州市荔湾区东风路-广园西路、站前路地段的国有土地上房屋,用以建设康王路下穿流花湖隧道工程及拆迁安置房项目,具体如下:
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Collection and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land (State Council Decree No.590), the construction of the Laiwu Requisition [2017] No. 2 under Kangwo Road passes through the Liuhua Lake Tunnel (the northern section of Liuhua Lake) Liwan District People’s Government decided to levy houses on the state-owned land of Dongfeng Road - Guangyuan West Road and Zhanqian Road in Liwan District of Guangzhou for the construction of the project of passing down the Liuhua Lake Tunnel Project and demolition resettlement housing under Kangwang Road as follows:
