目的:建立HPLC法测定化妆品中巯基乙酸的含量。方法:采用HPLC法。以phenomenex C18 5u 250×4.6mm为色谱柱;流动相:0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(磷酸调PH=3.0):乙腈(75:25);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:215nm;结果:巯基乙酸在10~200ug之间呈良好线性关系(r=0.9991);回收率为95.6%~102.3%。结论:本法分离效果好,专属性强,可用于化妆品中巯基乙酸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of thioglycolic acid in cosmetics. Methods: HPLC method was used. Phenomenex C18 5u 250 × 4.6mm column; mobile phase: 0.01mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (pH adjusted to 3.0): acetonitrile (75:25); flow rate: 1.0ml / min; detection wavelength: 215 nm. Results: The concentration of thioglycolic acid was in the range of 10 ~ 200ug (r = 0.9991). The recoveries ranged from 95.6% to 102.3%. Conclusion: This method has good separation and specificity, and can be used for the quality control of thioglycolic acid in cosmetics.
