我站使用S—195型柴油机时,发现有不少机器使用一段时间后,无论空转还是有负荷运转,都有转速不稳的现象。当把引起转速不稳的常见故障排除后(如校正调速器弹簧的拉力,排除燃油系统中的空气等),转速仍不稳,经认真检查分析,发现故障出现在调速器滑盘、钢球和推力轴承上。以前往往一出现此故障,便更换新总成,这样浪费大。现在采取在8106单向推力轴承内部加一个0.5~1毫米厚,外径与轴承一样大的铁皮垫圈后,转速就稳定了,其结构如图示。
