目的 探讨碱性成纤维生长因子 (b FGF)对视神经损伤的保护作用。方法 用精确校准方法在成年鼠造成部分视神经损伤模型 ,球后注射生理盐水、VB1 2 、b FGF。伤后 1h和 4wk测量闪光视神经诱发电位 (F- VEP)。结果 伤后 1h,F- VEP潜伏期延长且电位幅值降低 ,与正常比较有明显差异。伤后 4wk时生理盐水和 VB1 2 组对刺激没有应答 ,b FGF组 F- VEP接近正常。结论 b FGF对视神经损伤后视神经节细胞和轴索退变有明显的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (b FGF) on optic nerve injury. Methods The optic chiasm injury model was induced in adult rats by precise calibration method. After injection of saline, VB1 2, b FGF was injected into the ball. Flash Optic Evoked Potentials (F-VEP) were measured at 1 h and 4 wk after injury. Results 1 h after injury, F-VEP latency prolonged and potential amplitude decreased, compared with the normal significant differences. Normal saline and VB1 2 group did not respond to stimulation at 4wk after injury, and F-VEP in bFGF group was close to normal. Conclusion b FGF has a significant protective effect on optic nerve ganglion cells and axonal degeneration after optic nerve injury.
