团队是企业适应复杂动态变化环境的一种重要组织形式。高绩效的团队需要自组织工作,而团队自组织工作的基本要素之一是其成员之间存在显著性差异。本文将根据复杂性科学中的复杂适应系统理论,围绕显著性差异这一团队自组织工作的基本要素,利用差异矩阵法,并结合案例分析,阐述如何通过发掘团队中的显著性差异来促进其自组织化建设。
Team is an important organizational form for enterprises to adapt to the complex and dynamic environment. High-performing teams need self-organizing work, and one of the basic elements of a team’s self-organization is the significant difference between its members. Based on the theory of complex adaptive systems in complexity science, this dissertation focuses on the essential elements of self-organization of significant differences. By using the method of difference matrix and the case analysis, this article explains how to promote the team’s significant differences Self-organized building.
