我厂有几台C6127车床,由于自动走刀机构操作不灵便,致使机床长期闲置。为了挖掘设备潜力,我们对机床的走刀机构进行了研究,发现达部分的设计不尽合理。该机床的自动走刀机构的传动系统如下:顺时针转动手柄1,使拉杆3的外圆锥面与蜗轮4的内圆锥面接合,产生摩擦力矩而使自动走刀机构接合。逆时针转动手柄1,则可使自动走刀机构脱开,如图1。
