目的观察妊娠期孕鼠饮酒对胎鼠体重及血脂的影响。方法将20只健康小鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量酒精组、中剂量酒精组和高剂量酒精组,每组按指定剂量喂食酒精或蒸馏水直至其分娩,检测胎鼠体重及其血液中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量。结果胎鼠体重因孕鼠饮酒量的增多而逐渐降低,对照组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度最高,低剂量酒精组及高剂量酒精组总胆固醇浓度最高,中剂量酒精组甘油三酯浓度最高。结论妊娠期孕鼠饮酒使胎鼠体重降低并可引起胎鼠脂质代谢紊乱。
Objective To observe the effects of gestational drinking in pregnant rats on fetal body weight and blood lipid. Methods Twenty healthy mice were randomly divided into control group, low-dose alcohol group, middle-dose alcohol group and high-dose alcohol group. Each group was fed with alcohol or distilled water at the specified dose until its delivery. The body weight and high density Lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol, triglyceride content. Results The body weight of fetus rats gradually decreased due to the increase of alcohol consumption in pregnant rats, the highest concentration of high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the control group, the highest cholesterol concentration in the low dose alcohol group and the high dose alcohol group, and the highest triglyceride concentration in the middle dose alcohol group. Conclusion Pregnant rats drink alcohol during pregnancy to reduce the weight of the fetus and may cause fetal rat lipid metabolism disorder.
