桔子桔子有叶红素,吃得过多,容易产生“叶红素皮肤病”、腹痛腹泻,甚至引起骨病,故儿童吃桔子一天不宜多于4个。鸡蛋鸡蛋吃得过多,增加体内胆固醇的含量。容易造成营养过剩,导致肥胖,还能增加胃、肠、肝、肾的负担,引起功能失调,故儿童吃鸡蛋每天不宜超过3个。
