兰州铁路局1987年有工人83771人。按年龄结构分析,25岁以下占工人总数39%,其中学徒和熟练期未满尚未定职的人数占29%,其余均为二级以下的初级技术工人。26至40岁占职工总数39%。这部分人多系二级以上五级以下。41至50岁的占工人总数的15.7%。这些人虽是技术骨干,但家庭和精神负担较重,少数已体力不佳。51岁以上占工人总数6.3%,这些人已处于精力衰退阶段,工作力不从心,只能从事一些轻微的劳动。
Lanzhou Railway Bureau in 1987 there were 83,771 workers. Analyzed by age structure, those under 25 accounted for 39% of the total number of workers.
